Cake on Fire
This cake was made for a retirement party for one of our long time firefighters and emt. The cake turned out really well and it seemed like it was really enjoyed. The fondant peeled off nicely so everyone could enjoy the cake and frosting under it.

Peace, Crowns, Patterns, and Colors:)
This cake was made for a Golden Birthday. The mom wanted it to be really special.....with a crown, bright colors, a black peace sign, some things coming out of the cake and wanted different patterns on each layer......I think I touched on everything with this cake and had a great time putting it all together. I hope she liked it!

Fondant Cakes- There is a lot of debate about the taste of fondant. Some love it and some do not, but the overall appeal of it is that it looks by far the best. If you want the highest quality, sleekest look, go with fondant. I do both by my fondant ready made and also make a marshmallow fondant. I always put a think layer of butter cream icing underneath all of my fondant covered cakes. If someone is not crazy about the fondant, it peels off easily and they are left with just delicious butter cream. I highly recommend fondant covered cakes for the overall appeal, especially on wedding cakes.

Doll House Cake
This one was made for a friend of mines childs 2nd Birthday. The trees are made with the weightwatchers recipe....low sugar cake mix and a can of sprite zero and covered in lite whipped cream. I personally thought they were absolutly disgusting....put she loved them....i guess when you can't have regular cake.....gross cake tastes good! The rest of the cake was make with my own recipes.
Ambulance Cake
This one was made for myself and the other emt students in my class. We had a class dinner one night and I was asked to make the cake (imagine that lol) they were expecting a cake.....you know like a sheet cake.....nope not me! To boring! So I whipped up this one and it was a huge hit everyone loved it and to top it off it tasted great!
